If the mounting of your CD-rom doesn't work, you can try and create an ISO image of your CD with, for example, CDBurnerXP and mount that image. Go to your "Download" folder on your Android Device in the other Windows Explorer window and press Right Mouse Button and Select Paste. Right Mouse Button on your CM9798 folder and Select Copy. Open a new Windows Explorer folder and navigate to your CM97/98 folder. Open your Windows Explorer and Go to the Intern storage of your device and open de "Download" folder. Your Android device will be detected as a removable device or sort like that, see the picture below. Connect your Android device (tablet or phone) to your computer. You only have to type the commands that are underlined and bold.
